We offer 15-seater passenger vans for rent. Some of our vans come equipped with TVs and extra features for added comfort.
No, we do not have a minimum or maximum rental period. You can rent a van for as long as you need.
Yes, but please notify us in advance if you plan to travel outside of Texas. Additional terms may apply.
Commercial use is allowed only with prior approval from the rental company.
Booking & Requirements
You must be at least 24 years old and have a valid driver’s license to rent and drive our vans.
Yes, a security deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount will be confirmed during the reservation process.
Yes, additional drivers must meet the same qualifications as the renter and must be approved before driving.
You must bring a valid driver’s license and a credit/debit card for payment and security deposit.
Yes, modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to avoid fees.
Fees & Additional Charges
Insurance is optional. You may purchase Rental Collision Protection (RCP) for $40/day, or use your own insurance.
Yes! Delivery and pickup within 30 miles of our location is available for $75 per trip. For longer distances, additional fees apply.
A late return fee may apply if the van is not returned on time and the company was not notified in advance.
If the van is returned excessively dirty, a minimum cleaning fee of $50 will be charged.
The renter is responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period. If using our RCP insurance, coverage applies after a $250 deductible.
Vehicle Use & Restrictions
Towing is not allowed unless you receive prior approval from the rental company.
No, smoking, vaping, or using tobacco products inside the van is strictly prohibited. A fee will apply for violations.
No, off-road driving, racing, or any form of reckless driving is strictly prohibited.
Please return the van with at least half a tank of fuel and in a clean condition to avoid additional charges.
Payments & Tolls
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and company checks (for approved business accounts).
Our vans come equipped with a Texas Toll Tag (and some with PikePass). Any toll charges incurred during the rental will be billed to the renter after processing.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but if we find any belongings, we will attempt to contact you for retrieval.
Call us immediately to report the issue. Roadside assistance may be available at an additional cost.
Yes, some of our 15-seater vans come with TVs and extra features. To ensure availability, please request these features early when making your reservation.
Yes, all our vans are equipped with USB ports and charging outlets, so you can keep your devices powered throughout the trip.
If you’re involved in an accident, call the police immediately and then contact Cosmos Van Rental. A police report is required for any claims. Please follow up with us to report the incident.
You are responsible for any traffic violations during your rental period. If you receive a citation, please notify us as soon as possible.
If you lose the keys or any part of the vehicle, please contact us immediately. Any lost or damaged items may incur additional fees to replace them.
Commercial use is allowed only with prior approval. Please let us know in advance if you intend to use the van for commercial purposes.
